You should say:

And explain whether you enjoyed the dinner

You should say:
where you were going;
who you were with;
how long it took to fix the vehicle;
and explain how you felt about it.
6.Describe a water sports you would like to try in the future
You should say:
What sports it is
How you knew it
When you would like to try
And explain why you would like to try
7.Describe a quiz program or game show on TV
You should say:
What it is
When you watch it
What it is about
And explain how you feel about the program
8.Describe a period of time in the history of your country that you are interested in.
You should say:
when it was;
what happened during that period of time;
who played an important role in this period of time;
and explain why you are interested in this period of time.
