今天想跟大家探讨一下关于mind的口语常用表达，这将一定程度上可以解决大家对英文“爱你在心口难开”的困境。
大家对一些有关于mind的表达都很熟悉了，such as “make up one’s mind”, “mind doing” and so on. 其实在现实生活中还有好多关于mind的短语值得大家学习，既帮大家提高了口语比格，又助大家在无字幕看美剧道路上走得更远….
1. Are you out of your mind？你忘吃药了吗？（你疯了吗）
Be/go out of one’s mind是失去理智的，发疯的意思，这句话和lose one’s mind有相同的意思。
再有，be out of one’s mind with worry/grief意思是担心/悲痛得要发疯，如：I was out of my mind with grief. 我伤心得要疯掉了！
2. I can’t get that one moment out of my mind. 我不能忘掉那个瞬间
Put/get sb./sth out of one’s mind字面意思是从“从某人的内心里面拿出….”,比喻“把…忘掉”“不想….”
例：I want you to know how difficult it’s been to get you out of my mind.我想让你知道，忘记你是多麽困难。
另一变形，put….to the back of your mind,意思是把…放在内心深处，不能忘记。
3. What do you have in mind？你有什么想法？
Have….in one’s mind是“有特定的人或物在内心里面“的意思，比如提议外出就餐时，你可以问你的同伴“what do you have in mind？”（你想去哪里吃？）
再如，that’s not what I had in mind那跟我的想法不一样；that’s pretty much what I had in mind.那跟我想的几乎一样
4. It has crossed my mind.我想到了
Any names come to mind?有想起来任何名字吗？
Cross one’s mind和come into one’s mind意思相同，都是“某人内心浮出….的想法”
5. That’s is such a load off my mind!我心里面轻松多了！
这个表达就相当that’s a relief的意思。
例：Ray got a job, and that is a load off his mind.雷找到工作了，内心送了一口气。
6. Mind your P’s and Q’s!注意自己的言行！
Mind your P’s and Q’s during the interview.面试的时候要注意自己的言行。
7. If you set your mind to the task.如果你专心于这项任务。
8. Love is a state of mind. 爱是一种心境。
State of mind是“心境，状态，精神状态”的意思
例：we were all in a good state of mind this morning今天早上我们的精神状态都不错
9. School is the last thing on their minds. 在他们脑子里绝对不会想起学校
Be the last thing on sb’s mind脑子里最后一件事情的意思
再如：sleep is the last thing on my mind right now现在我完全没有睡觉的想法
10. I am going to give them a piece of my mind.我要把他们臭骂一顿
这句表达的字面意思是“告诉某人我的想法”，但很多情况下带有责备的口气，译为痛骂，臭骂等。
11. Put your mind at rest.放心
或是put one’s mind at ease也是同样的意思，如:Talking with his friends set Blake’s mind at ease.
