1.What do you do in your spare time?

As a matter of fact, I have very little spare time these days. My studies are so important to me that I have given up all my other activities. For example, I used to love playing tennis, but these days I simply do not have the time. In addition, I used to swim often, as I believe it kept me fit without the danger of being injured.

2.Do you like outdoor activities?

Sure, I do like all kinds of outdoor activities because it's a really good way to get closer to the nature and to release our pressure. We can be too busy dealing with our life chaos. Outdoor activities help us to keep fit both in physics and in minds.

当然了，我喜欢所有的户外活动，因为这是亲近自然，释放压力的好方法。我们太过忙于处理乱七八糟的生活了，户外活动帮助我们保持身体和精神的健康。

3.What outdoor activities do you (most) like to do?

I like go hiking and play badminton in the park during my spare time. I think hiking is good for my health and can help me get close to the nature. Playing badminton is good for me to stretch my arms after a whole day's work or study.

我闲时喜欢爬山或者在公园打羽毛球。我觉得爬山有助于健康让我跟大自然更亲近。打羽毛球帮我在一整天的工作学习后舒展手臂。

4.How often do you do that?

Well I'm not sure about the percentages, but I know there are various opportunities for me to do outdoor activities.

我不确定，但我知道对我来说有各种各样的机会进行户外活动。

5.What outdoor sports do you like? (Why?)

I like cycling. Sometimes I ride my bike along the river. Although there're always a lot of travelers, I can always find my own quiet place to relax. This can really help me feel close to the nature.

我喜欢骑自行车。有时我会沿着河骑自行车。虽然总是有很多的游客，但我能用自己的方法找到安静的地方放松。这真的有助于我亲近自然。

6.How much time do you spend outdoors every week?

It's not a certain thing though. When I am free of worries about test or homework, I could go outside a lot, such as going shopping or outing. But when I am busy with my studying or test preparation, I could stay at school for weeks.

不确定，当我不用担心考试火作业的时候，我会经常出去，比如购物或者郊游。但当我忙于学习或者准备考试时，我可以在学校呆几个星期。

7.How often do you do outdoor activities?

I do outdoor activities almost everday. I like playing some sports with my friends on our school playground, and I am good at many different kinds of sports, such as football, badminton, and volleyball.

我几乎天天进行户外活动，我喜欢和朋友们在学校操场上运动，我擅长于很多不同的运动，像足球，羽毛球和排球。

8.What (types of) outdoor activities are popular in your country?

People in China do many different ourdoor activities. For children, they like playing sports, such as badminton, tennis, and volleyball. While for young people, they may hang out with friends or go on picnics in the parks. Old people usually like dancing on the square.

中国人喜欢各种不同的户外活动。对小孩子来说，他们喜欢运动，像羽毛球，乒乓球，排球。年轻人，可能喜欢和朋友出去玩或者去公园野餐，老人通常喜欢跳广场舞。
