1.What kinds of music do children in China like to listen to?

I don't quite know the types because I don't have any young relatives under 12 years old,so my best guess is children would listen to the sound tracks of some cartoons.

2.Why do you think people of different age groups have different favourite songs?

The trend of music changes over time,and when one falls in love with one gener,it is unlikely to change to other types. I think everyone priorities one type of music all the time.And they can be really loyal to the musicians that they like.

3.What do old people like to listen to?

I think most old people listen to traditional Chinese opera regularly.And for those who are in their 60s,they would play some patriotic songs written during the Second World War when they are at home.

4.Why do you think old people like old songs?

It's because those old songs were actually the most popular songs in their early adulthoods,so they had a deep impression and their taste in music were fixed during their period.They couldn't develop new interest in the current trends.
