 Today, the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

As the pace of media technology speeds up, the world has coming in the goods-explosion society and a large number of products use the media to introduce their products. For instance, more high sales of popular consumer goods depend on the power of advertising. However, those makers are not agree with this point, they believe that the are product sellers good, because of the quality of the goods.

Some people point out that there are two factors should be taken into consideration. They are suppose the former idea which is the high sales of goods reflects the media. To begin with, with the society developed, the media play an important role in our daily life, which people have to watch TV or suffering the internet everyday. And then, from the media station lead to that can get more information about some commodities and may be the consumer would like to buy them. What is more, many advertised companies are built on every country, which can help those goods companies broadcast their new products through the vivid, colorful and moving pictures, and we called it advertisement. Most of people can be paid more attention to this. Meanwhile, they will recognize this product and buy it.

However, another disappoint idea can not be ignored. They are considered that their product have a high sales is not just only depend on the advertisement, but also due to the goods have a good quality. Firstly, to be a successful company what one important sector is reputation. So the highly speak come from their clients the more shortages have, the less reputation attain. Another point out that they are use the media just as a tool to induce goods to everyone, furthermore, the productors can choose the commendations what they like, rather than the maker push then to buy.

As far as I an concerned, every coin has two sides. When confronted with this problem, in my opinion, the quality of the goods is more important than use the media to introduce them.
