　　What do you prefer: going out with your friends or spending your spare time staying at home?

　　Sample answer 1(原创参考答案一) : I enjoy going out with my friends(很喜欢和朋友出去玩) but I like spending time with my family(和家人一起) better. It’s more comfortable and relaxing(更舒服更放松) to stay with them and enjoy our leisure time(休闲时光), we might cook a meal together(一起做饭), watch TV while having dinner(吃晚饭的时候一起看电视), or take a walk downstairs (在楼下散散步)before it gets dark(在天黑之前). Sweet family time(甜蜜的家庭时光) is always my favorite(总是我的最爱).

　　Sample answer 2(原创参考答案二)：I prefer to hang out with my friends (我更喜欢和朋友在一起)since it’s more exciting (更刺激)and I never get bored (从不会感到无聊)when I am with them. We have so many interesting thing to do (有很多有意思的事情可以做)like going shopping, having some barbeque(吃烧烤), visit tourist attractions (去旅游景点)and take lots of nice photos (拍很多好看的照片)or travel to a different city(去不同的城市旅游). It’s a pity that (很遗憾)we don’t have many chances (没有很多机会)to get together(聚到一起).

　　5. Are friends as important to you as family?

　　Yeah, for me (对我来说)friends, I mean(我是说), these close friends(那些关系好的朋友), they are an important part of my life(是我生命里很重要的一部分) just like my families are(就像我的家人一样). It’s true that (这是事实)family members always have a close tie to us (家人跟我们的关系密切)and care more about us(更在乎我们), but friends have a great influence on us as well(朋友对我们也有很大影响). The society keeps developing(社会持续发展), so actually we are more likely(我们更加可能)to be in similar situations(有相似的处境), experience similar things(有相似的人生经历), share similar values (相似的价值观)and lifestyle (和生活方式)so that we tend to (往往会)have a better mutual understanding(能更好地相互理解). That’s why(这就是为什么) I prefer to share my feelings with them(我更喜欢和他们分享我的感受) or turn to them when I need some advice(或者向他们寻求建议).

　　6. What do you expect from a good friend?

　　Well, in my opinion(我认为), a good friend should be reliable (一个好的朋友应该是可靠的)and helpful(乐于助人的), who I can really count on when I am in need(在我困难的时候可以指望的). Also, he/she should be willing to share his/her true feelings (愿意分享他/她的真实感受)and opinions (和看法)with me. If so(如果这样), I will take this person as a true friend(我会当这个人是真正的朋友) and I will try my best to be a good friend as well(我也会尽力做一个好朋友).
