about the value of old people,should they retire or pay higher income.in some famous companies ,they take different policies about young people and old people.some think old people are paied higher income but they are conservative.but old people also have two merits:1.can predict problem before they blow out.2.they can solve relationship with diplomatic way. one american  company named sic separated from ibm reemploied old people,but their pays are only 88% of the old salary.

passage 2:public transportation    question15-27

these projects try to test whether it is better to reduce the size of class.

task1:a chart is and a table about the population size and  the life expectancy in china,united states and spain in 1950 ,2000 and 2050 forecast.

task2:international tourism now is the biggest world's industry.unfortunately,it brings the tension rather than understanding between the people from different cultures.
